Paul Wawa becomes SP Hunter No.51 when he makes his debut on the wing against South Logan Magpies in Round 3 of the ISC competition in Brisbane next Sunday.

Stargroth Amean starts at fullback in place of Bland Abavu who has been rubbed out by the QRL Judiciary for one game for tripping. David Loko who was cited for a dangerous throw has been cleared after taking an early guilty plea.

Versatile forward Lawrence Tu’u gets a start in the backrow with Watson Boas, Junior Rop and Radley Brawa named on the extended 20 man side.

“Apart from the judiciary decision, minor injuries to some players has forced these changes but it’s good to get the injuries attended to early and also try out these new combinations in the early part of the season, coach Michael Marum said.
